He is survived by: his wife Terri Jacobsen; his children, Dave Luther (Cherie Gilbert) and Dana Zuckerman (Geoff); his grandchildren, Ella and Zac; his daughter Diana Sprague; his grandchildren, Ryan and Kyle; his son Bobby Jacobsen; and his brother Harold Jacobsen. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
