She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William and Millie Farrar; and her parents, James C. Murdock and Mildred Farrar Murdock. She is survived by: her husband John H. Onoff; her children, Erin Wagoner (Ray) and John C. Onoff (Paula); her granddaughters, Karly Maready and Elizabeth Wagoner; her sister-in-law Phyllis Adams; and also Mary Leary. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
