It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Bordeaux (Wilmington, North Carolina), born in Elizabethtown, North Carolina, who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alston Asbury and Elena Earle Bordeaux (Suggs). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Nance; his sons, DeMette G Bordeaux II (Vivian) and J. Anthony Bordeaux (Patricia); his grandson DeMette G Bordeaux III (Victoria); his great grandchild Gordon Bordeaux IV; his brother Robert Bordeaux (Jenni); and his close friend Glenda Norton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
