He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Thomas Owen and Sarah Virginia Walker Owen. He is survived by: his wife Malinda Owen; his children, Angela Woodcock (Robert) and Jeff Owen (Angel); his grandchildren, Clay, Jacob, Laney, Larkin, Hailey, Presley and Ethan; his great grandchild Daniel; his brother Steve Owen (Carol); his cousin Kathy Tanner; and his mother-in-law Chrystal Crosby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
