He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Risley and Lela Risley; his wife Mildred; and his daughter Karen Basinger. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Foust, Sandy Jarrett Susan Croom (Ronnie) and Gwyn Gray; his grandchildren, Wesley, Shelley, Nickole, Jordan, Magen, Hunter and Travis; and his brother Chris Risley of Santa Cruz, CA. He is also survived by Eleven Beautiful Great Grandchildren.
