With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Crowder of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on November 24, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Evans Crowder and Gertrude Austell Crowder; his wife Peggy Hopper Crowder; and his sons, James Love Crowder Jr. and Todd Crowder.

He is survived by: his daughter Cara Crowder Harriman; and his grandchildren, Connor James Harriman of Wilmington and Holly Scott Harriman of Wilmington.
