She is survived by: her husband Robert Sywolski; her pets, Ralf, Brutus, Digger and Dasha; her sister Carol Willard; her children, Ellen, Lynn, Kristina and Bradford; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Alexander'Ax', Emilia and Otto.

Additionally, she was instrumental in starting and supporting the Design Industries Foundation Fighting Aids (DIFFA).
