She was predeceased by: her parents, John Crouch Bashford and Margaret Sedberry Bashford (John (Kay) Corley); and her son Dugan. She is survived by: her son Frederick William Lewis III; and her grandson Frederick William Lewis IV. She is also survived by her two sons and guide her grandson.
