It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Vann Haviaras of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Clem C. Vann and Louise Merritt Vann; her daughter Debbie Haviaras Duncan; and her husband James J. Haviaras of Allentown, PA.
