He is survived by: his wife Dana Ratterree Thomas; his daughters, Debra Faye Thomas and Erika Lynn Thomas Schroeder (Tony); his grandchildren, Ashley Mae Schroeder Connolly (John Mark), Aiden, David Anthony and Grace Elizabeth Schroeder; his extended family, Meg McCullers Fisher, Kelly McCullers Hain (Jeff) and Scott Joseph McCullers (Kelly C.); his grandchildren, Bryony Fisher Kerkoff (Kevin), Adam T. Fisher, Emily Ann Hain and Baylie Hain Cobb (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Pierson Michael, Monroe Thomas Cobb, Lily Ellen Hain, Carolyn Judith and Henry Cruz McCullers; and his extended family, Victoria, Linda, Joy, Dr. Floyd Willis, Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, Ronnie, Rebecca and Brittany.
