He is survived by: his wife Kandee; his daughter Risa Hunter (Linden); his grandchildren, Sola and Salix Hunter; and his siblings, C. Mike Palmer (Dawn), Sherri Silcox (Andy), Simmi Johnson (Steve), Kurt Palmer (Bonnie) and Bret Palmer (Natalie).
