He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Halsall and Phyllis Halsall; and his wife Mary Alice Halsall. He is survived by: his brothers, Dr. Thomas Halsall (Doreen) and Fredric Halsall (Paige) of Cortlandt Manor, NY; his daughters, Diane Small (Rick) and Alice Moore (Ben) of Waynesboro, VA; his granddaughter Jessica Spindler; and his nephews, Loren Halsall (Alexandra) and Paxton Halsall.
