She is survived by: her husband John Vance Kelly; her daughter Sandra Kelly Barton (Sam); her daughter-in-law Cheryl Ann Kelly; her grandchildren, Jason Kelly (Amanda), Damion Hancock (Erin), Brittany Peterson (Keith) and Skylar Barton; her great grandchild Brandon Kelly (Hanna); and her grandchildren, Drew Kelly, JoJo Hancock and Addy Peterson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Quinn McGowen Funeral Home - Wilmington (315 Willow Woods Dr, Wilmington, NC 28409). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Haw Bluff Baptist Church (1433 Haw Bluff Rd, Ivanhoe, NC 28447).
