She is survived by: her husband Lombard Lee Downs, Jr.; her daughters, Lisa McKinney (Ben) and Becky Palmer (Ken); her grandchildren, Katy Mosely (Michael), Ashley Taylor (Zach), Beth Palmer-Johnson (Aaron), Jakob McKinney (Kira) and Amy Palmer; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Mosely, Savannah Mosely and Liam Mosely; and her siblings, Glenn Etheredge (Dianne), Kay Piver and Jeanne Sowder (Roger). She is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
