It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elizabeth Kaylor in Wilmington, North Carolina, born in Oxford, Mississippi, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dr. Norman Ray Kaylor, Sr. and Betty Jo Russell Kaylor. She is survived by : her brother Norman Ray Kaylor (L. Bagwell) of Marble, NC; her aunt Bette Widner of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; and her pet Daisy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Robeson County Humane Society in Lumberton, North Carolina, to continue Beth's passion for caring for animals.
