She is survived by: her children, Ashley Chase Ferguson of Wilmington, N. C. and John Groome Ferguson (Allyson) of Charleston, S. C.; her grandchildren, Charlotte Ivey Ferguson, Charles Hale Ferguson and Smith Groome Ferguson; her sister Diane Groome Hedrick (Robert) of Supply, N. C.; her husband Darrell Cox Ferguson of High Point; Martha "Marti" Brown Seidel (David) of Oak Ridge, N. C., Abigail Grace Brown and Ansley "Todgie" Brown IV.
