She is survived by: her son Eric Stephen Faulk; her sister Andrea Schwartz; her grandchildren, Cole B. Lewis and Haven Lewis; and her friends, Lisa Fascella Faulk, Jennifer Cohen, Ira Swartz, Terry Bennett, Phyllis Faulk, Lisa Marie Faulk, Sherry Dunker and Leslie Milanese.
