He is survived by: his wife Oval Lee McKenzie; his daughters, Kim Davis, Kathi Bennett, Karen Rasmussen (Mark) and Kris Todd (Wes); and his sisters, Betty Swanson and Patty Campbell.
The family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Southside Baptist Church, where Keith found solace and inspiration throughout his life.
