He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Cecil Nicks of High Point, NC and Kathy Cecil Copple (Ron) of Denton, NC; his sister-in-law Linda Hopkins Cecil of Loudon, TN; his close friend Joan Davis; Jackie Blanchard.
