He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Roseland Mickelson and Mercedes McAllister Mickelson; and his sister Marlene. He is survived by: his wife Jane Stogsdill Mickelson; his children, Jared C. Mickelson (Stephanie) of Virginia, Sarah M. Bragg (Jared) of Georgia and Zachary A. Mickelson of Georgia; his grandchildren, Cole, Valeria, Amelia, Cyrus, Rosemary, Eli, Jubel Mickelson, Isaac and Ethan Bragg; and his siblings, Mike Mickelson, Shelley Pimlott (Kenny), Sally Hinz (Louie), Mercedes Rosing (Mike) of Iowa and Laura Sandmann (Steve) of Texas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation Association or the Lower Cape Fear Life Care program.
