Kimberly S. Chewning Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberly S. Chewning of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Sanderson and Marie Byrd Sanderson. She is survived by: her sister Denise Sanderson Benners; her children, Amber Spangler (Kyle) and Taylor Chewning (Beth); her grandchildren, Cecilia Spangler, Etta Spangler and Felicity Chewning; her niece Ashley Benners Gonzalez (Jason); her great-nephew Samuel Gonzalez; her friends, ShaRon McKoy and Carol Rusch; her husband Ron of Herman's Hermits; and her great-nephew Nicolas. She is also survived by extended family members, dear friends.
