She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary and Gerald. She is survived by: her daughters, Chelsea Tersavich (Matt Nelson), Carly O'Connor (Shaun O'Connor) and Casey Gajewski (James Cameron Poffenberger IV); and her grandchildren, Carson, Cassidy, Sylvia and Aggie.
