He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Devone, Sr. and Elovine Jones; and his son Anthony Devone. He is survived by: his sons, Leon Devone, Jr. and Phillip Bernard Devone; and his grandchildren, Kristin Devone Thompson and Kalin Devone. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Memorial Cemetery (800 N 11th St, Wilmington, NC 28401).
