She was predeceased by: her parents, Heber Cannon and Sue Cannon of Bethel; and her husband Morgan H. Harris. She is survived by: her stepson Vincent Truman Harris (Tamara) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Sydney Harris of Wilmington, Morgan Harris Garvey (Zach) of Jacksonville, Alex Cox of Winterville and Preston Jolly of Wilmington; her great grandchild Olivia Hope Garvey of Jacksonville; her sister Sue Ellen Cannon Williams of Greenville; her siblings-in-law, Nell Harris Howell (Linda Carroll Harris) of Washington, NC and Neil C. Harris of Manteo, NC.; and her goddaughter Stephanie Ragland Stalls of Bethel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
