He is survived by: his wife LaDonna; his children, Jana and Hoyt (Danielle); his grandson Daniel; his parents, Donald and Norma; his siblings, Jeff (Cathy), Lori and Karen (Paul); his nieces, Casey (Matt) and Jolie; his nephew Jason; his father-in-law Ruben Sloan; his brothers, Keith Sloan, Ron Sloan (Cheryl) and Jo-Ellen Sloan; his nephews, Dr. Trey Sloan (Kristi) and Donald Sloan (Lacie); and his niece Tawney Lowry (David).
