He is survived by: his wife LaDonna; his children, Jana and Hoyt (Danielle); his grandson Daniel; his parents, Donald and Norma; his siblings, Jeff (Cathy), Lori and Karen (Paul); his siblings' children, Casey (Matt), Jolie and Jason; his father-in-law Ruben Sloan; his brothers, Keith Sloan, Ron Sloan (Cheryl) and Jo-Ellen Sloan; and his siblings' children, Dr. Trey Sloan (Kristi), Donald Sloan (Lacie) and Tawney Lowry (David).
