He was predeceased by: his uncle Nick Emery; his stepmother Theresa "Sis" Emery; his aunt Adrienne; his grandparents, Mildred, Sherman Myers, Rhoda and Stan; his nephew Sean Harrington; Mollie.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret M. Harrington (Meg); his sons, Maxwell and Mason Emery; his pet Mollie; his parents, Lynne Emery (Edward Eggers) and Marvin Emery (Mark); his brother Matthew Eggers; his sister-in-law Agatha Eggers; his nieces, Alice and Lucy; his cousins, Dean, Heather Severino, David Severino, Mark and Sharon McIntyre; his parents-in-law, Margaret Singer (Peg) of Southport, NC and Clark Harrington (Marlene); his siblings-in-law, Michael, Michelle Harrington, Mariann, Gerry Owens, Catherine Harrington, Lance Seidel, Noreen and James Kelly; his sibling's children, Kerrie Owens, Regina Owens Kent, Brian Harrington, Alexandra Seidel and Cameron Deshnad; Kelly (Kyle) and Corey McIntyre (Molly). He is also survived by spouses, partners, and children.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brown - Wynne Funeral Home (300 St Marys St, Raleigh, NC 27605). After the pandemic, Mark, Meg, the boys, and their dogs relocated to Leland, NC aka The Greater Wilmington, NC area to be closer to both sides of the family.
