She was predeceased by: her parents, Lettie Mabel Melton Walton and Seth Thomas Walton; and her husband James Woodrow Norris (Jay). She is survived by: her daughter Juanita Ann Sneeden; her son-in-law Larry Sneeden; her grandsons, Patrick Richardson and Sean Richardson; her sister Agnes Baird; and her friend Ellen Harp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
