She is survived by: her children, Phil Jr. Upon (Caroline) and Cynthia Lynn Smith (Rand); her grandchildren, Samuel, Zachary, Noah, Rachel, Taylor and Palmer; her great grandchild Jane Elizabeth Meyer; and her nieces and nephews, Robert (Kim), Bradley (Imelda), Sandra (Keith), Jan (Ken), David (Anna), Dale and Douglas (Tracy).
