He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Maines and Francis Maines. He is survived by: his wife Diana Maines; his daughters, Kimberly Falkenhagen (Cameron) of Wilmington, NC and Hilary John (Todd) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Jordan John, Ava John, Hannah John, Isabella John and Lauren Falkenhagen; his siblings, Pamela Kieffer of Phoenix and Michael Maines of Fallbrook, California; and his pet Divot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
