He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Roethlinger; his children, Candice Roethlinger Zaragoza (Javier), Sophia and Erik Roethlinger (Sarah); his grandchildren, Vera and Parker; his siblings, Sharon Shannon (Robert), Kathryn Swart (Michael), Philip Roethlinger and Patrick Roethlinger (Terri); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Poythress, David Poythress II (Nancy) and Scott Poythress (Robin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
