She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Carter and Mary Westbrook; and her husband Vance T. Moore Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Fern Moore Brown and LuAnn Moore Bartolo; her son-in-law Damon; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jacob (Elise), Rachel, Peter, Kelli (Michael), Mary Vance (Jonathan) and Gracie. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
