He was predeceased by: his parents, Dawson Stump and Erma Bupp Stump; his wife Doris E. Stump; and his siblings, Ray Stump and Mae Lightner.
He is survived by: his children, Perry Stump Jr., Kim Stump-Campbell, Debra Wood and Greg Stump; his siblings, Donna Stark, Joe Stump and Dawson Stump Jr.; and his sons, Ray Campbell, Leigh-Anne Stump and John Wood. He is also survived by grandchildren and many extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Red Cross.
