She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Helton and Miriam Helton; her daughter Kimberly Bullard Benson; her grandson Austin Terry Whitley; and her sister Patricia Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Jackie Bullard (Carmen) of Leland, NC and Shane Bullard of Wilmington, NC; her grandson Cody Bullard; her son-in-law Billy Benson; and her brother Alvin Helton of Castle Hayne, NC..
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (1311 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412).
