In the vast expanse of eternity, Rebecca shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rebecca farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Irwin Moss and Mary Gordon Moss; and her husband Charles Thomas Bell.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Masonboro Baptist Church Cemetery (1501 Beasley Rd, Wilmington, NC 28409).
