It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert L. Cayse Sr. in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on September 20, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmanuel J. Sr. Cayse and Dorothy Pearl Cayse; and his siblings, Ruby Peters, Rosella Mae Gentry, Emmanuel Cayse Jr. and Elsie Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Janet K. Cayse; his children, Gayle Briggs (Curtiss), Robert "Lee" Cayse, Jr. (Shannon) and Connie Horan (Stephen); his grandchildren, Haley Bridge, Robert Lee "Trey" Cayse, III, Tucker Cayse and Stephen "Cayse" Horan; and his sister Delores Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
