He is survived by: his daughter Annette Holt Lewis (Ryan); his wife Rebecca Qualls Holt; his granddaughters, Karen Schneider and Tabitha Conway (Lukas); and his nieces and nephews, Nancy Jane Hammond, Sherry Dekker (John), Diane Rahimtoola (Sharif), Scott Allison (Debbie) and John Qualls. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, 6 great nieces/nephews and 6 great great nieces/nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Coble Funeral and Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park (1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
