Robert Kus Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Robert Kus (Wilmington, North Carolina) is shared. Robert, born on March 30, 1943, passed away on August 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Robert will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Robert by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Robert is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Robert’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Kus and Florence "Pat" Kus (Foley); his stepmother Mary Jean; and his half-sister Jeanette Downey. He is survived by: his half-siblings, Larry Kus (Sally) and Chris Isler (Bruce).
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM. A vigil service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 9:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 4:00 PM.
