With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Adams of Wilmington, North Carolina, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on March 11, 2023 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Russell Adams to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Adams of Atkinson, NC and Carolyn K. Castleberry of Newport News, VA.; and his sister Sherry Adams. He is survived by: his significant other Terry Santome Adams; his children, Jennifer Billmeier (Grant) and Chris Adams; his sisters, Rhonda Miller (Danny) and Sibyl Hale (Terry); and his grandchildren, Avery Hazel and Luke Robert Billmeier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
