He was predeceased by: his parents, Botros Botros and Yvonne Botros; his in-laws, James and Susie Freeman; his brother-in-law Mike Freeman; his sibling's child Lauren Botros; and his in-law Sherif.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Botros; his sons, Lucas Botros (Christy) and Brent Botros (Arielle); his grandchildren, Harrison, Tucker and Anna Lee; and his sister-in-law Edna Freeman.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (411 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28401). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oleander Memorial Gardens (306 Bradley Dr, Wilmington, NC 28409).
