He was predeceased by: his parents, I. W. Phillips and Goldie Phillips; and his brothers, Wayne Wilton and Mark Perry Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Harvey (Scott) and Mark Phillips (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Jessica James, Austin Harvey and Madison Harvey; and his brothers, James Phillips and Karl "Dave" Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
