He was predeceased by: his parents, Iris Rice and Letcher Rice. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, David Rice (Tiffany) and Sandy Brock (Alan); his grandson Dylan Brock; his brother Steven Rice (Nancy) of Virginia; and his sister-in-law Connie Wills (Robert) of Maryland.
