He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Annie Mae Shrum (Green). He is survived by: his wife Dustie Shrum (Cook); his son Joshua Shrum; and his brothers, Don Shrum (Kim), Mike Shrum (Shelley) and Jeff Shrum (Becky). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
