He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Conn Jacobs and Mary Elizabeth Davis Jacobs. He is survived by: his siblings, John Jacobs (Paz) and Jane Jacobs Larke (Carroll); his niece Ashley Larke Archer (Drew); and his nephews, Benjamin, Judson Larke, Andrew (Heather) and Daniel Jacobs.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the East Oak Grove Cemetery (1291 Dorsey Ave, Morgantown, WV 26501).
