He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Salzman and Jeanne Salzman; and his brother Dan Salzman. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his siblings, Jim Salzman (Amy) and Diane Howard; and his sister-in-law Sandy Salzman.
