As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Todd Allen may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Daniel Hall. He is survived by: his mother Betty Moore; his wife Emily; his daughters, Alyssa Hall Kirkland (Jon-Eric) and Katy Marie Silva (Anthony); his grandchildren, Phoenix and Waverly Silva; and his siblings, Jerri Hall, Dewain Hall and James Hall. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Castle Hayne Advent Christian Church (2710 Hermitage Rd, Castle Hayne, NC 28429). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
