He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Chicquet Newkirk Hines; his parents, Joseph Hines, Jr. and Dorothy Hines; his siblings, Edwina Hines, Sherry Hines, Wendell Hines (Alicia) and Cassandra Hines; his nieces and nephews, Sade'Hines, Quinton Braggs, Akwan Hines, Devronn Smith, Cherrelle Hines, Emmanuel Hines, Briauna McKoy and Antonio Hines; and his father-in-law Earl Newkirk (Brenda Newkirk). He was also cherished by Uncles, Aunts, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
