He was predeceased by: his mother Sara Moore Cathey; his wife Jerri Eller; and his brother Thomas Cathey. He is survived by: his father Tyson Andrew Cathey; his children, Joe Cathey and Holly Walters; his son-in-law Anderson Walters; and his grandchildren, Lily and Andy Walters.
