She is survived by: her husband Robert Guenter Lewis; her children, Richard Crowell Arp, III (Michell) of Wilmington, NC and Laura Jo Arp Chambers (Mike) of Winnabow, NC; her stepchildren, Karen Pridgen Evans (Danny) of Hampstead, NC, Robbie and Russell Lewis of Wilmington, NC; her grandchildren, Michael Jarrell (Jessika), Keith Breazeale, Jr. (Lauren), Alicia Gober (Jeffrey), Dustin Chambers (Tara), Taylor Chambers, Kristen Hole (Seth), Savanah Haskins and Charlie Evans; her great grandchildren, Hannah Breazeale, Morgana Glenn, Bella, Nathan, Elena Gober and Lynette Hole; and her pets, Pippa (Bube) and Buddy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare or to The Alzheimer's Foundation.
