He is survived by: his wife Fay Hope Cusick; his children, Patrick Cusick, Shaun Cusick, Daniel Cusick and Hope Elaina Weisser; his grandchildren, Tara Wakeland, Erin Robison, Michael Cusick, Emma Cusick, Jae Cusick, Kyla Cusick and Sam Weisser; and his great grandchildren, Mary Estelle Wakeland and Patrick Vincent Wakeland.
