She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlee Dowdy and Eva Vanderford Dowdy. She is survived by: her husband Floyd Hall; her brothers, Robert Dowdy (Miriam) and Wilbert Dowdy (Evelyn); her children, Charles F. Hall (Nadine) of Wilmington, Tommy Hall (Windy) of New Orleans, LA and Michelle Hall-Norvell (Tim) of Dunn Loring, VA; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Stewart Hall and Eva Norvell.
